Our kaupapa

Our programme is centred on rangatahi: their strengths, interests, culture and aspirations.

We provide a safe and welcoming environment where rangatahi can build confidence, learn new skills, explore their interests and experience positive opportunities.

Walking alongside rangatahi

We take the time to get to know each rangatahi and understand what is important to them. Our experienced kaimahi walk alongside them, providing encouragement, guidance and support throughout their time with us.

Te Kaika Whakaaroaro is about creating positive experiences, building connections, and supporting rangatahi to see their potential and take steps towards a positive future.
